COMPANY HISTORY

K&M Kleening Service Inc. is a minority-owned small business founded in 1986 located in Columbus, Ohio. Family-owned and operated with over 28 employees, K&M was named for our daughters, Keesha, Krystal, and Marsha. 

K&M began by providing custodial services and over the years have expanded our specialization to include hard floor surface cleaning, facility maintenance, mowing, and grounds maintenance services. K&M is known primarily for its superior service and excellent follow-up.

K&M has created a highly motivated and dynamic management, program, and project team. We use the team management concept whereas individuals are given the responsibility of building/buildings to manage and are held accountable to stay within a budget for materials, equipment, and wages, as well as the quality of service being rendered. These individuals are on-site and assist in the performance of the work that helps differentiate us from the competition.

While our main focus is the customer, we are also dedicated to our employees. We have several programs designed to create and maintain company loyalty and to help our employees reach their own personal goals.

K&M Kleening Services Inc. key personnel have extensive experience in contract and project management, program development, project implementation, client interface, and organizational/technical management. We provide the right mix of qualified, skilled staff, and subcontractors with experience leadership to get the job done. Our team brings to each project the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to provide quality services to our clients.

MARSHA BERKLEY

President
Ms. Berkley oversees marketing strategies, site management, employee development and client-customer relations. She is also responsible for contract negotiations, quality control, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Her background is in communications with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, creative communications, and project management.
